We are dedicated to fostering positive change within our community. Located in Edinburg, TX, our agency offers a comprehensive range of services aimed at supporting individuals through forensic rehabilitation, addiction recovery, and mental health counseling. Our mission is to provide accessible, compassionate care that addresses the unique needs of each client.

Our Services

DOT/DISA SAP Evaluations

Overview of SAP Responsibilities

  • Provide a comprehensive assessment and clinical evaluation.
  • Determine the level of assistance for employee drug and alcohol issues.
  • Recommended level of intervention education/treatment.
  • Follow-up evaluation after the employee has completed initial recommendations.
  • Develop follow-up testing plan.

Clearing House II

Clearinghouse status and CDL Downgrades

  • As of November 18, 2024, having a "prohibited "Clearinghouse will result in losing or being denied a commercial driver's license (CDL) or commercial learner's permit (CLP).
  • Drivers in a "prohibited" Clearinghouse status must complete the return-to-duty (RTD) process to become eligible for a CDL or CLP.

Clearing House I

You are prohibited from operating a CMV. You must designate your Substance Abuse Professional.

Our team of licensed professionals brings extensive experience in rehabilitation, psychology, and therapy. We believe in a person-centered/ psychodynamic approach, ensuring that each individual receives the support and guidance necessary for personal growth and improve level of functioning.
